Cancellation and Refund Policy

This policy outlines the terms and conditions for cancellations and refunds for reservations made at Quinta dos I’s. By making a reservation, you agree to the terms set forth below.

2. Cancellations

Free Cancellation: Reservations canceled up to 30 days before the check-in date will be eligible for a full refund.
Cancellation with Fee: Cancellations made between 29 and 7 days before the check-in date will incur a cancellation fee of 50% of the total reservation amount.
Late Cancellation: Cancellations made less than 7 days in advance or no-shows will result in the full charge of the reservation.

3. Reservation Changes

Free Changes: Changes made up to 30 days before the check-in date are subject to availability and will not incur additional costs.
Changes with Fee: Changes made between 29 and 7 days before the check-in date may be subject to additional fees, depending on availability and the nature of the requested change.
Late Changes: Changes made less than 7 days in advance are subject to availability and may incur additional costs.

4. Refunds

Refund Processing: Refunds will be processed using the same payment method used for the initial reservation and may take up to 14 business days to complete, depending on the financial institution’s policy.

5. Exceptions

Special Circumstances: In cases of force majeure, such as natural disasters, pandemics, or other emergencies, the cancellation and refund policies may be adjusted as necessary. Please contact us for more information in such circumstances.
